GATHER & GRAZE LOCATION: Our location options are public spaces in San Diego County. A map and details will be provided once the picnic is booked. There is no guarantee of an exact location. However, we will do our best to secure access to the said location. If we cannot secure access, a set up will be found in another suitable location nearby. A picnic may be moved for a number of reasons. Mainly, safety and privacy. Because these are public spaces, privacy is not guaranteed. All local rules, signs and laws apply. Glass and alcohol are not allowed at most San Diego parks and all San Diego beaches.
WEATHER: No refunds will be issued for weather-related changes. If rain is in the forecast, we will move the location to accommodate a dry picnic or rescheduling the picnic to another day/time. If it is 48-hours/24-hours before your event and there is more than 30% chance of rain, we will contact you to discuss options.
FOOD: Please let us know of any food sensitivities before booking. Depending on your food sensitivities, it is possible that certain food particles are cross-contaminated as they are prepared in the same kitchen. The food is produced in a shared facility with different allergens.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: No refunds. You can receive half credit up to 72 hours in advance. Credit will not be issued for cancellations up to 12 hours in advance and no shows.

BOOKING A GATHER & GRAZE PICNIC
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation and calendar invite. A confirmation email with map and details will be sent 24-48 hours after booking. Day of the picnic - The picnic will be ready at your reservation time. Please do not arrive early or late to the picnic. A pinpoint location will be sent via text 15 minutes before the picnic starts. A Gather & Graze rep will leave during the picnic and return at the end of the picnic to clean up.
